Despite repeats of CSI and The Mentalist (and a two-hour Private Practice block), CBS managed to hang on to the night’s viewers. Meanwhile, the network also found itself tying ABC in the demos.

MONDAY (11/30)
  • Heroes (NBC, 8pm):  “Claire comes to an unexpected destination.” A new ratings low?
  • Lie to Me (FOX, 9pm):  “Cal, Foster and Reynolds go all in to find a missing finalist from the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, where Cal must determine if the other players are being straight with him about the disappearance.” The MIA player later resurfaced after making a royal flush.

Thursday Ratings: CBS Takes Over ABC

Looks like somebody just wasn’t in the mood to share this week. Although Thursdays are typically known for win-win situations (CBS wins the viewers; ABC wins the demos), that was not the case last night. This time around the Eye network surprisingly took both categories.

Thursday Ratings: Strong Returns for Sweeps Stunts

There’s nothing like a good sweeps stunt to get viewers tuned in. What happened to Kate Walsh in that sliding car? Over 10 million watched Private Practice to find out. How did CSI end its crossover event? Nearly 17 million now know.

Thursday Ratings: Fringe Hangs by a Thread

Just because FOX benefitted from the World Series doesn’t mean its programs did. Last night’s return of Fringe hit a series low in the demos. Meanwhile, the other networks resumed their old ways. ABC placed first yesterday with the 18-49s while CBS was on top with the viewers.

Thursday Ratings: Survivor Scare Draws Viewers

It might not have been the way Russell Swan wanted to leave, but he definitely got our attention. Last night’s scary episode of Survivor picked up its best numbers of the season. Unfortunately, CBS’ other repeats gave ABC wins in both the viewers and the demos yesterday.

Thursday Ratings: 30 Rock Not Solid for NBC

30 Rock has no problems attracting guest stars and earning Emmys—so why does it continue to struggle in the ratings? Last night’s Season 4 premiere found itself down 27% in the demo from this same time last year. It also lost over 20% of The Office‘s viewers.

Even if you didn’t last night, chances are you’ve seen the internet sensation that inspired the video above.

Shortly before Jim and Pam said “I Do” (for the second time), the guests at their wedding danced down the aisle to Chris Brown’s “Forever.” (We later learned that Jim purposely planned a Plan B for their nuptials the minute he saw that YouTube clip.)

If you’ve been hiding under a rock somewhere, you can watch the original version after the jump.
